Partner Standards & Safety Policy
Effective Date: 09/20/2026
Operational standards for Partners serving ShareADeal Members
1. Purpose
ShareADeal's marketplace depends on safe, respectful, reliable service. These standards establish minimum requirements for Partners and their personnel. Category-specific standards may supplement them.
2. Professional Conduct
- Treat Members, household occupants, neighbors, and ShareADeal personnel professionally and respectfully.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, theft, fraud, retaliation, or unlawful conduct.
- Do not perform services while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or another condition that makes performance unsafe.
- Do not bring unauthorized persons to a Member's property.
- Communicate material delays, access problems, service changes, and safety concerns promptly.
3. Qualifications, Licensing, Screening, and Accuracy
Partners must maintain all qualifications, licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, and certifications required for their service category and jurisdiction. ShareADeal may require lawful identity, background, driving-record, business, or other screening. Screening does not guarantee future eligibility. Partners must disclose material changes and must keep service, pricing, availability, and qualification information accurate.
4. Member Privacy and Property
- Use Member names, addresses, telephone numbers, access instructions, and other Personal Information only for the booked service or another authorized purpose.
- Do not sell, disclose, photograph, record, publish, or use a Member's home, occupants, pets, property, documents, or Personal Information for unrelated purposes.
- Protect keys, access codes, gate codes, alarm information, and similar credentials and do not retain them longer than necessary.
- Respect areas of the property unrelated to the booked service.
5. Communications and Recording
Partners must use ShareADeal-approved communication channels where required. Partners must comply with applicable laws governing calls, texts, recording, monitoring, marketing communications, and consent. Do not record or publish Member communications without a lawful basis and required consent.
6. Safety and Equipment
Partners are responsible for safe equipment, vehicles, products, chemicals, tools, protective gear, staffing, and work practices. Partners must follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements and stop work when conditions present an unreasonable risk.
7. Category-Specific Care
Services involving animals, chemicals, ladders, vehicles, electrical equipment, children, vulnerable persons, or access to private homes may require additional procedures. Partners must follow applicable law and category-specific ShareADeal requirements.
8. Incidents and Emergencies
Serious injuries, significant property damage, vehicle incidents, lost credentials, suspected abuse, threats, theft, or material privacy/security incidents must be reported to ShareADeal promptly after immediate safety and emergency needs are addressed. Partners must cooperate with reasonable documentation and investigation.
9. Service Quality and Pricing
Partners must accurately describe services, pricing, qualifications, availability, and limitations and may not add undisclosed charges or materially substitute the agreed service without Member authorization.
10. Insurance
Partners must maintain insurance required by law and category-specific ShareADeal requirements. ShareADeal may request certificates or other evidence and may suspend listings when required coverage expires.
11. Enforcement
ShareADeal may investigate violations and take proportionate marketplace action, including education, warnings, restrictions, cancellation of affected bookings, suspension, or removal. Serious safety, fraud, privacy, or legal concerns may result in immediate suspension while facts are reviewed.
